AFS-POL-2231 items need input

Parental Engagement Groups Constitutions

⚠️ LEGAL / GOVERNANCE CONTENT — REQUIRES REBUILD AND HUMAN SIGN-OFF — The source school's legal entity, ownership, parent bodies, fee and refund terms do not transfer. This document is a structural skeleton: every bracketed fact must be supplied and approved by Al Fajer Private School and its counsel before adoption.

Template status: it is not established that AFS operates any formal parent bodies. The two-body structure below is retained from the source policy as a template, with placeholder names — "Parent Community Group (PCG)" and "Parent Advisory Group (PAG)" — [NEEDS AFS INPUT: AFS's actual parent bodies, if any — confirm whether such bodies exist or are to be created, and their official names]. The source document used two different names for its first parent group; that inconsistency has been resolved by using a single template name throughout.
