What happens next

How we listen

It reaches us straight away

Your message lands with our front office the moment you press send. If you like, you can also keep a copy by sending it from your own WhatsApp or email.

The right person looks into it

Depending on the topic, that may be your child's homeroom teacher, a coordinator, or the Principal. Concerns are treated seriously and confidentially — and your child will never be penalised for something you raise in good faith.

You hear back

We aim to reply within 1–2 days. If a concern can't be resolved informally, our Parent Complaints Policy sets out the formal stages, from the Principal onwards.

Is a child unsafe right now? Please don't wait on a form — call us straight away on +973 1755 0011 (Sun–Thu, school hours) or WhatsApp +973 3364 1011.

This form is for parents and guardians of current AFS pupils. Thinking of joining us? Our contact page is the best place for enquiries and visit bookings.
