Who we are

This website is operated by Al Fajer Private School (“AFS”, “we”, “us”), a private school located on Budaiya Highway, Barbar, Kingdom of Bahrain. You can reach us at contact@afs.edu.bh or by phone on +973 1755 0011.

Information on this site

Everything on this website — programmes, term dates, activities, and admissions details — is published in good faith to help families get to know our school. We keep it as accurate and up to date as we can, but details can change during the school year. Nothing on this site forms a contract or an offer of a place.

In particular, fees, discounts, and the fee calculator are provided as a guide. The figures that apply to your child are the ones confirmed in writing by our admissions team at registration.

Our content & photographs

The text, design, crest, and images on this site belong to AFS or are used with permission. You are welcome to view, share links to, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.

Photographs of our pupils are special. They are published for families to see school life, and with the school's authorisation. They must not be copied, downloaded, edited, republished, or used anywhere else — in any form — without our written permission. If you have a concern about any photograph, please see our Privacy Policy or email us and we will act promptly.

Acceptable use

Please use the site as it is intended. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its hosting, introducing malicious code, scraping content or images in bulk, or using the site to send spam or misrepresent the school.

Enquiries & forms

The forms on this site help you compose a message that is sent to us through your own WhatsApp or email app — nothing is transmitted until you choose to send it. How we then handle your information is described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Links to other services

Some links lead to services we don't control — such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, or the school's staff portal. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we aren't responsible for their content.

Availability & liability

We aim to keep the site available and error-free, but it is provided “as is” — we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or that every detail is current. To the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, AFS is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content or from the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time — the date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
