Sirens, helicopters and big smiles: a day with Bahrain's finest

An AFS class posing with teachers in front of a Bahrain police helicopter

There were wide eyes all round as our pupils got up close with a real police helicopter, tried out the saddle of a patrol motorcycle, and met the officers who keep Bahrain safe.

Visits like this bring our community-helpers topic to life: children learn what these roles involve, why they matter, and that the people behind the uniforms are friendly, patient and proud to answer a hundred questions.

A heartfelt thank-you to the officers who hosted us with such warmth — and to our teachers and parent volunteers who made the day run smoothly.
